How fast can you come out?
Most jobs we can do same-day or next-day, depending on the schedule. Once you book, you'll see your slot locked in. Same-day cancellations from our side are rare — but if the truck breaks down or anything else goes sideways, you'll get a text immediately and we'll reschedule.
Can I book without calling?
Yes.
Book online in about 2 minutes. Pick your service, your date, your time slot. You'll get a confirmation with your booking ID — and since TD Service LLC is owner-operated, the same person handles every booking from quote to completion.
What times are you available?
Currently by appointment, Monday through Saturday — Sundays closed. The fastest way to lock in a time slot is
online booking. After-hours voicemail and chat are checked daily — we'll respond within one business day.
How long does a typical visit take?
Most visits run 1–2 hours. Quick fixes (single-room cleanouts, simple haul-offs) are often under an hour. Longer visits are welcome — basement cleanouts, estate cleanups, multi-load haul jobs, full-property debris removal — we just need to know upfront so enough time gets blocked on the schedule. When you book, give us a realistic scope and we'll confirm the time slot together. No surprise fees if it runs long.
What areas do you serve?
Peoria, East Peoria, West Peoria, Pekin, Morton, Washington, Bartonville, Bellevue, Creve Coeur, Marquette Heights, Chillicothe, and surrounding communities. Outside that? Ask us — for the right job we'll travel.
💲 Pricing & Payment
How does pricing work?
We give you a quote during the booking call (or in chat). The price you agree to is the price you pay — no surprise charges. If the actual scope of work changes once we're onsite (e.g., you found 3 more rooms of junk), we'll tell you before adding anything.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected upfront, the day of the job, before work begins. You're shown a digital invoice onsite — sign and agree to the price, then pay via PayPal QR code (scan with your phone). It takes 30 seconds.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, PayPal, or Clover (card terminal). Most customers use PayPal QR — you scan, pay, done. No PayPal account required, you can use a card directly.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No flat trip fee. The job price includes travel within our service area. If you're outside the area or it's a tiny job (under our minimum), we'll give you the all-in number upfront.
What's the cancellation policy?
Same-day cancellations incur a 35% fee (covers the held time slot and trip prep).
Rescheduling is free — just move it to a different day. Two cancellations result in your account being placed on our Do Not Serve list. Full policy in our

🛠 The Work Itself
Who does the actual work — TD Service or someone else?
The owner-operator of TD Service LLC. Every job is performed personally — no subcontractors, no third-party network. There is only one person doing the work, so what you book is what shows up.
Are you insured?
TD Service LLC carries its own general liability insurance covering the work performed. If something goes wrong, the LLC's policy applies; please review our
Terms for specific liability limits.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us the same day. We'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. We won't leave you with work you're not satisfied with. That's the promise. Photo + walkthrough confirmation happens before you pay, so you have final say.
Will you give me a written estimate?
Yes — every job gets a digital invoice with the agreed price + your signature before work starts. You'll have a permanent record of what was agreed.

♻️ Specific Services
Will you take everything in one trip?
Depends on volume. A standard truck holds about 1.5 cubic yards of junk (pickup-truck-bed sized). Bigger jobs we'll either do multiple trips or bring a trailer. Estate cleanouts and basement haul-offs are common — just describe the scope when booking.
What about hazardous materials?
We don't haul: paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, or hazmat. For appliances with refrigerants (fridges, ACs), we can take them — but EPA disposal adds a small fee. Ask us upfront if you're not sure.
How does scrap metal pickup work?
$100 minimum payout. We weigh your scrap together so you see the number, then split 50/50. You get paid same-day (PayPal or cash) after we take the load to the buyer. Common scrap: appliances, copper, aluminum, steel, brass, car parts. Skip nails, bolts, and anything painted heavily.
Do you do recurring or scheduled pickups?
Yes — we can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or on-call recurring debris pickup for landlords, property managers, trade contractors, and businesses. Lock in a schedule and the same owner-operator personally handles your pickups every time.

Are you a licensed business?
Yes. TD Service LLC is a registered Illinois LLC, based in Peoria. Tax ID and insurance documentation are available on request — email contact@tdservicellc.com.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Not currently — but it's on the roadmap. If you want to gift a service to someone, message us in chat and we'll set it up manually for you.
I want to work for TD Service. How?
TD Service LLC is currently owner-operated and is not accepting applications. If the business grows to a point that requires additional help, any future positions would be announced here on the site.
